We protect the confidentiality and security of all information we collect.

Online Privacy Policy
The companies in the Rock Creek family ("Rock Creek Inc.") strongly believe in protecting the confidentiality and security of information we collect about individuals. Our information practices for this Web site are described below. You should review this Online Privacy Policy regularly as it may change at any time at our sole discretion. The effective date of this notice and any revised or changed notice may be found on this page, on the bottom left hand corner of this notice.

Your Personal Information
When you visit a Rock Creek Inc. Web site you are anonymous, unless you chose to identify yourself to us. You are not required to provide us with personal information to use on our Web sites, unless expressly stated. For example, certain features may require you to submit some personal information in order for those features to function as designed. Such information might include name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.

If you do choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured that such information is kept in secured databases. Rock Creek Inc. treats this information as confidential. However, we may disclose this information to third parties when we believe it is necessary in order for us to conduct our business, or where such disclosure is required by law. For example, we may disclose information to others to enable them to perform business services for us relating to the products and services we offer, or who help us to evaluate requests for insurance or benefits.

We may also disclose this information to others: (i) to our affiliates so that they may offer you their respective products or services; (ii) to others outside of the Rock Creek Inc. family of companies, such as marketing companies, to assist us in offering our products and services to individuals who apply for or obtain products and services from us; and (iii) to unaffiliated financial services companies with which we have a joint marketing agreement. For example, we may disclose information to another financial services company so that the company may offer its products or services to you. We do not make any other disclosures of personal information to other companies who intend to sell their products or services to you. For example, we will not sell your name or e-mail address to a catalog company.

Generally, we will let you review what we know about you if you ask us in writing. (Because of its legal sensitivity, we will not show you anything that we learned in connection with a claim or lawsuit.) If you tell us that what we know about you is incorrect, we will review it. If we agree with you, we will correct our records. If we do not agree with you, you may tell us in writing, and we will include your statement when we give your information to anyone outside Rock Creek Inc.

Privacy and E-Mail
Rock Creek Inc. uses no encryption (data scrambling) on certain portions of our web site, and up to 128-bit encryption on other portions. When you are on any Web site that asks you for confidential information (your social security number or a bank or credit card account number, for example), you should check to see if the information being transmitted is encrypted in order to increase the security of your information. If you need to send confidential information and are concerned about the security of a Web site, then you should consider sending it by phone or by regular mail instead.
